Vitamin C, magnesium, iron and folic acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Zinc promotes normal metabolism of carbohydrates. Vitamin E is an antioxidant helping to protect cells from free radicals.

Take 1 sachet. Dissolve contents in 200 ml of water, mix and drink.

Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during  pregnancy and breastfeeding.
