Processing linked to the web services on this site takes place in the headquarters offices of ZETA Farmaceutici S.p.A., Via Galvani 10 – 36066 Sandrigo (VI), and is the responsibility solely of the company’s technical staff, or those authorised to carry out periodic maintenance.
Data are processed on computerised archives at our company and their access is limited to the maintenance procedures in compliance with attachment B.
No data deriving from the web service will be communicated or made known to third parties. The personal data provided by users sending in requests for informative material (e.g. newsletters, requests for information, catalogues, CD-ROMs, etc.) are only used for the purpose of completing the service requested and are only communicated to third parties if this is necessary for this purpose ZETA Farmaceutici S.p.A..


Browsing data

During normal operations, the computer systems and software procedures necessary for the running of this website collect personal data (so-called log files) and their transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which due to its very nature may permit the identification of users when elaborated and associated with data held by third parties.
This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers of users connecting to the Website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used solely for the purpose of collecting anonymous statistical information about use of the website and to check that it is working correctly. These data could be used for checking responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT crimes perpetrated against the site and may be shown to the Legal Authorities, should the latter explicitly request them.

Non-obligatory, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses given on this website entail acquisition of the sender’s address, needed for answering requests, together with any other personal details in the email itself.

With the exception of what is detailed above for browsing data, the user can decide whether to provide the personal data requested in the forms to ZETA Farmaceutici S.p.A. or however indicated when contacting the office for informative material or other communications.
Failure to provide said data may however make it impossible to fulfil the request.
For the sake of completeness, it must be remembered that in some cases (not related to ordinary management of this website) the Authority may request news and information in compliance with article 157 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, to ensure control over personal data processing.
