Vitamin C, zinc and vitamin D help functioning of the immune system, while magnesium and folic acid help reduce tiredness. Vitamin B6 is important for protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B1 helps to support energy metabolism, and aids regular psychological and cardiac functioning. The formula is enriched with creatine, carnitine, astaxanthin and beta-glucans.

We recommend taking 1-2 sachets daily. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), mix and drink.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If taking over a long period (more than 6-8 weeks), consult your doctor. The product is intended for adults only and is contraindicated in pregnancy and in cases of kidney problems.  Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
